Production Method:

The general steps for synthesizing exo-3-[3-methyl-5-isopropyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole]-8-benzyl-8-azabicyclo[3,2,1]octane from 3-[3-methyl-5-isopropyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole]-8-azabicyclo[3,2,1]octane are as follows: 1. Dissolve triazole derivative 102 (0.28 g, 0.86 mmol) in ethanol (9 mL) at room temperature. 2. Add 20 wt% of Pd(OH)2/C catalyst (140 mg) to the above solution. 3. After replacing the air in the reaction system with argon, place the reaction mixture under a hydrogen atmosphere and stir at room temperature for 18 hours. 4. After the reaction is complete, filter the mixture through a diatomaceous earth mat and wash the diatomaceous earth mat with ethanol. 5. The filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain the target product 103 (0.20 g, yield approximately 100%). Note: Triazole derivative 102 in ethanol can be efficiently converted to amine derivative 103 by treating it with a Pd(OH)2/C catalyst under a hydrogen atmosphere.
